Grape Abduction Company Rosé 2021
Varietal: Žametna črnina
Region: Podravje, Slovenia
Tasting profile: Made vegan and with organic farming methods. Aged 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Deep salmon pink color with notes of ripe wild berries, strawberries, and a touch of violet. Dry with refreshing acidity and a good finish.
Food pairing: Asparagus dusted with parmesan, pork, and apple salads.
