Tasting profile: Harvested in the cool of night to preserve aroma and freshness. Pale lemon in color with green tints. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Dry on the palate with fresh lemon, flowers, and a saline mineral finish.

Varietal: Syrah and Grenache
Region: Vinsobres, Southern Rhône, Rhône Valley, France
Tasting profile: Harvested from organic vineyards and fermented in 50% steel and 50% large oak vats. Aged in foudres and older French barrels. Intense notes of violet, dark fruit, black pepper, and licorice. A round full-bodied palate with fine tannins.
