Varietal: 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cuppiccio

Tasting Profile: Intensely fragrant aromas of myrtle berry, wild cherry, rose, and chopped mint. The palate brings great mineral tension along with flavors of black cherry and blackberry, wild herbs, and the faintest wisp of smoke. Polished tannins and bright acidity on its harmonious finish.
Food Pairings: Tomato, peppers, eggplant, mushrooms, and capers. All manner of meats. Pecorino and Provolone cheeses. Mediterranean and South Asian dishes.
La Planeta La Segreta Bianco 2020
Varietal: 50% Grecanico, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Viognier, 10% Fiano.
Region: Menfi, Sicily, Italy
Taste Profile: Clear, light yellow with flecks of green in color. Aromas of citrus, flowers, peach, and papaya with a bit of chamomile. These notes are mirrored on the palate with essential acidity for its clean, crisp finish. Serious and quaffable.
Food Pairing: The quintessential aperitif, it's great with seafood, especially Sushi. Rice dishes, grilled vegetables, salads, fruits, and Ricotta cheese.
Argiolas Cardanera Carignano del Sulcis 2020
Varietal: Carignano (Carignan)
Region: Sulcis, Sardinia, Italy
Taste Profile: Ruby red color with aromas of sweet spice, black fruits, and the sea. The palate has these joined by red cherry, strawberry, and savory notes. No use of oak ensures the freshness and purity of the fruit. The finish rides refined tannins to a fine finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled meats, vegetables, and seafood, especially Octopus. Cheeses like Parmigiano, aged Gouda and Manchego.
