WINES OF THE WEEK
SPRING WINES!
La Vieille Ferme Rosé 2020
Jean Pierre Perrin established La Vieille Ferme over 35 years ago when he chose to produce an inexpensive, straightforward Rhône wine. Situated on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, the cooler climate helps the Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah in this blend to mature slowly and maintain great acidity. The pink sipper is rich, fresh, and balanced.

Railsback Soeur Cuvee Speciale Vermentinu 2019
91 Points Wilfred Wong
Railsback Frères began in 2014 by brothers Lyle and Eric Railsback in Santa Ynez. Their wines are truly wines for wine enthusiasts. This is a concrete egg fermented Vermetinu (Corsican spelling) inspired by Domaine Comte Abbatucci’s ‘Faustine'. Bottles empty themselves quicker than one could imagine.
$21.99
Cave des Onze Communes Gamay 2018
Cave des Onze Communes is a cooperative in Vallée d’Aosta in the heart of the French-Italian Alps, with 60 hectares of vineyards strewn among eleven (Onze) alpine towns (Communes) that focus on native varieties, with a few French and Swiss overlaps. A classic ultra-alpine wine with bright red fruit, great acidity, and a ton of minerality.
