Les Vignes Oubliées Terrasses du Larzac 2018

A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Carignan harvested from organically farmed vineyards in the Larzac foothills. The soils are composed of schist, sandstone, clay, and limestone. The wine is aged 12 months in demi-muids and barriques. The wine is elegant, and spicy, but with silky tannins.

Organically farmed Gamay and harvested by hand. The juice spends 10-25 days of carbonic maceration depending on the vintage and is vinified in old wood and concrete tanks. It finishes in concrete with 6 months of aging. Filled with young fresh fruit, well balanced, and has a touch of spice.
