Once harvested, the grapes ferment in steel and spend 6 months in wood and another 2 years in the bottle. The appearance is ruby red in color. The wine offers notes of black cherry, blueberry, strawberry, and balsamic hints. Concentrated, round, and balanced with a savory persistent finish.

100% Pinot Grigio harvested from organic vineyards in the Marsala and Salemi areas of western Sicily. Brimming with citrus and tropical fruits and has excellent acidity.
A blend of Merlot and Syrah harvested from 25-year-old vines and fermented and aged in concrete. The soils are mostly schist, volcanic, and limestone. It is juicy with tart berry flavors and filled with red fruit, minerality, and earth.
