Varietal: Chenin Blanc
Region: Western Cape, South Africa
Tasting profile: Grown from mature vines in Stellenbosch and Darling. Aromas of ripe mango, pineapple, and papaya with a subtle crisp apple note. Dry on the palate with similar fruits carried out and a slight minerality.
Food pairing: Lobster, soft cheeses, and spicy curry dishes.

Varietal: Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan
Region: Côtes du Rhône, Southern Rhône, Rhône Valley, France
Tasting profile: Organically grown in predominantly clay soils in the cool foothills of the Alps. Fermented in concrete vats with native yeasts. A pale ruby color with aromas of wild berries and licorice. Dry on the palate demonstrating similar fruit, and well balanced.
Food pairing: Roast pork, chicken, stews, asparagus, and goat cheeses.

Tasting profile: Biodynamically and Sustainably grown in the town of Seyssel. A white sparkling wine with notes of dried fruit, honey, toast, and floral hints. Beautifully rich and bubbly with complexity.
