The grapes are harvested by hand in southern Alsace with an early ripening period. A nice gold-colored Crémant with floral notes and fine bubbles. Filled with fresh notes of apples, peaches, and apricots.
Made with specially selected parcels of Pinot noir with 5-7 days of fermentation with grape skins, gently pressed with a small portion aged in French oak. A splash of Merlot was added to the final blend to enhance bright cherry flavors and lengthen tannins.
Made with one of the oldest planted grapes in Barossa Valley, this Semillon was matured in both stainless steel and French oak producing a wine that shows complex notes of smokey almonds, honeysuckle, and a buttery texture from malolactic fermentation.
Another wine dedicated to the production of organic and biodynamic wines with healthy viticultural methods. The soils are composed of ancient marine and alluvial sediments. A 50/50 blend with notes of juicy red and dark fruit, cherry, plum, passion fruit, and of low mellow tannins.
Stefan Rosner’s Zweigelt rosé is made with organically farmed grapes. A dry zesty rosé that is super crisp with notes of tart red berries, white flowers, green herbs, and mineral.
Also known as Albariño, the wine gives notes of mineral, herb, spice, cedar, tobacco leaves, and candied fruits. Dry in the mouth with mellow tropical fruits, minerality, and a persistent finish.
