A lighter and more delicate Nebbiolo in contrast to Barolo and Barbaresco. Made with sustainable farming practices. Aged 12 months in oak then racked into stainless steel before bottling. A pale garnet red color. Aromas of violet and rose pedals. Dry with soft tannins on the palate.
Harvested from biodynamic and organically farmed vineyards in the mountainous Dolomiti region. A crisp and clean white with lively acidity and notes of citrus fruit, lemon, flint and floral hints.
A blend of 10% Merlot and 90% Nebbiolo, locally called “Chiavennasca”. Matured 20 months in Slovenian Oak. Ruby red in color with notes of raspberries and violet. Dry and full-bodied on the palate with firm tannins.
The Chenin Blanc is entirely sourced from organic and biodynamic vines with a splash of Chenin and Chardonnay from various soils. Filled with refreshing notes of Anjou pear, lemon zest, earthy minerality, and lively acidity.
Organically farmed Gamay and harvested by hand. The juice spends 10-25 days of carbonic maceration depending on the vintage and is vinified in old wood and concrete tanks. It finishes in concrete with 6 months of aging. Filled with young fresh fruit, well balanced, and has a touch of spice.
A nice pale ruby appearance with fine bubbles. An expressive and fresh bouquet with raspberry, blackcurrant, and peppermint with a touch of pear. A smooth and fresh mouthfeel with red berry fruit and pear notes.
