Made with 100% organic/biodynamic Lambrusco Grasparossa. Bottle fermented and unfiltered. Ruby Red in color with aromas of cherry, carnation flowers, and licorice on the nose. The palate is dry with flinty mineral, a light fizz, fresh acidity, and light tannins.
