Tasting Notes: A dry, light and crisp unfiltered white wine with aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, green tea, tangerine, lychee, and pineapple due to the nice warm climate. A slight pink color from extra grape skin contact.
Food Pairing: Ham and Gruyère cheese or Asian cuisine.

Tasting Notes: A perfumed bouquet of dark fruits, spice, and floral notes. Dry on the palate with more fresh berried fruits of black cherry, black raspberry and faint pepper notes. A smooth tannic finish.
