Made sustainably with 70% Mourvèdre and 30% Syrah. The grapes were fermented whole cluster and aged separately then blended. Notes of blueberries and pepper spice with a light body and low tannins. Pair with turkey, ham, charcuterie boards, and empanadas.
The vineyards are certified sustainable with soils composed of marine sedimentary, volcanic, and loess. A wonderful combination of fresh pear and vibrant fruit with a nice floral component. Dry on the palate with fresh acidity, and a rich texture with subtle oak.
Made with organic farming practices. This pinot noir is filled with ripe cherry, red plum, blackberry, rose petal, cedar, and earthiness. The palate is also vibrant and lively with a generous finish. Pair with ham, turkey, potatoes, and cranberry sauce.
