Varietal: 54% Monastrell, 22% Syrah, and 24% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting profile: Made in French and American oak. Garnet red in color with aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla, red and dark fruit. Dry on the palate with roasted oak, ripe red and dark fruits with a full body, rich tannin, and a long finish.

Region: San Diego County, California, United States
Tasting profile: Organically farmed grapes and made with minimal intervention with only less than 50 cases produced. A dry rose aged 4 months in neutral French oak barrels. A juicy easy drinking rose.

Herdade Freixo Alvarinho 2018
Region: Alentejo, Portugal
Tasting profile: Also known as Albariño, the wine gives notes of mineral, herb, spice, cedar, tobacco leaves, and candied fruits. Dry in the mouth with mellow tropical fruits, minerality, and a persistent finish.
