Varietal: Shiraz and Viognier
Region: Coastal Region, South Africa
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of plum and spice from the shiraz. A splash of viognier lifts the mid-palate and adds more fruit. Dry with soft tannins and a hint of smoke and toasty oak. Made from sustainably farmed grapes.
Food Pairing: Great with Salisbury steak, hamburgers and roasted veggies.
Grochau Chardonnay 2017
Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon
Tasting Notes: This oaked chardonnay has nutty aromas with notes of lemon, peach, and vanilla. The palate is dry with flavors of fresh apple, pear, peach, lemon, and apricot with a bit of vanilla.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with salmon and chicken alfredo.
Pagos De Matanegra Ribera Del Duero Reserva 2011
Region: Ribera del Duero, Spain
Tasting Notes: Sustainably grown 60-year-old vineyards and biodynamic. Light on the fruit with berry aromas and flavor, but well structured. Dry and medium-bodied on the palate with good tannin.
Food Pairing: Pizza, burgers, and plant-based dishes.
MAN Sparkling Chenin Blanc

Region: Agter-Paarl, South Africa
Tasting Notes: Sourced from dry-land vineyards. A lively bouquet of summer fruits with melon aromas. Tropical fruits on the palate with vibrant acidity lend to a refreshing finish.

J De Villebois Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Loire Valley, France
Tasting Notes: Grown near the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and in the Loire, a youthful wine with aromas of ripe citrus and stone fruits. Dry on the palate with a smooth structure and easily drinkable. Aged in steel on the lees for 6 months.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with meaty and oily fish or French Brie.

Tasting Notes: Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Aromas and flavors of cherries, raspberries, and a hint of minerality and chocolate. Intense and full-bodied with mature tannins.
