Made with organically farmed grapes of 95% Sangiovese with a bit of Canaiolo Colorino and Malvasia Nera. The vines range from 15 to over 40 years old. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in French oak for 1 year. The wine brings rich red cherry, rose petals, and violet aromas. A silky palate with bright red fruits.
The wine is made with organic grapes, and vinified with 30% skin contact for up to 20 days then remains in cement tanks for 1 year. The skin contact provides great texture and weaves in with the aromatics. Filled with floral, peach, and mineral notes with a mouthwatering finish.
Made of 30% Sangiovese, 30% Cab Sauv, 20% Syrah, and 20% Merlot. This red blend presents a deep ruby red color with a bouquet of blackberries, plums, black cherries, cocoa, and licorice. Smooth on the palate with silky tannins and a long finish.
