Domaine Philémon Croix d'Azal Gaillac 2019
This wine is spicy with lots of woodsy floral aromas and a distinct minerality. It is made from a traditional French varietal called Braucol, from the Gaillac region in the South of France. Enjoy with savory and spicy dishes like smoked pork belly, duck confit, or Korean barbecue.
Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina del Sannio 2018
100% Falanghina, a traditional grape to the Campania region on the western coast of Italy. This wine has honeysuckle and tropical fruit aromas that almost leap out of the glass. The linear palate is a bit more subdued, offering yellow apple, pear, and citrus alongside firm acidity and a hint of saline. Perfect for fish dishes and lighter fare, or just as an aperitif to start your meal.
Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano Maremma Toscana Capoccia Ciliegiolo 2018
This blend of Ciliegiolo and Alicante grapes offers aromas evoking red berry, cooking spice, and tilled soil. The medium-bodied palate shows Morello cherry, star anise, and white pepper alongside smooth tannins. A Tuscan wine that craves grilled steak, ragu, and hearty white bean soups.
