Forge Cellars Riesling Dry Classique Seneca Lake 2019
Region: Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes, New York, U.S.
Tasting Notes: A good balance between minerality, aromatics, and fruit to reflect the terroir of southeast Seneca Lake. A dry Riesling with notes of grapefruit, citrus, chamomile, and violet.
Food Pairing: Roasted poultry dishes or fisherman’s pie.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet in color. The nose is filled with cassis, black cherry, licorice, mocha, with hints of juniper and violet. Dry on the palate with a full body. Flavors of black fruits, and hints of mocha with richly textured tannins. Certified sustainable.
