100% Vernaccia from 35 year old vines. Soft pressing, cold clarification, fermentation at controlled temperature and racking. Tartaric stabilization, brief cellaring in the bottle. Clear straw yellow. A fine, fruity and flowery nose with aromas of white peach and acacia flower. The palate is dry, fresh, quite soft, medium-bodied and quite tasty.
Indigenous Selections Nebbiolo D'Alba 2014
12 months in medium toasted, French used oak Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months in bottle. Elegant bouquet of ripe cherry, black currant, dry rose petal, and mint. Sweet red cherries, flower, and spices create a juicy wine with plenty of mid-
palate fruit with excellent grip.
Food Pairing: Beef, duck, soft and blue cheese, mushrooms and patè, pasta with meat or
mushroom sauce, and grilled braised meats.
Lucchetti Lacrima di Morro D'Alba 2015
Deep violet in color, the wine explodes out of the glass with an extremely intense and heady bouquet of exotic Eastern flowers and wild strawberries and pomegranate. Once past the intriguing nose, the palate features wild berry compote, hints of roses, violets and geranium, a note of pink peppercorn and finishes very fresh with limited tannins. An utterly unique experience featuring outstanding balance and concentration.
