Bieler Pére & Fils AIX en Provence
Vinous / Antonio Galloni 90 Points
"Pale brilliant orange. Bright, energetic and focused on the nose, displaying fresh red berry, orange zest and honeysuckle aromas and a touch of rhubarb. Juicy raspberry and cherry flavors show good depth and breadth, and a core of tangy acidity adds back-end cut. Silky and perfumed on the finish, which leaves behind a refreshingly bitter cherry pit note. This lively, incisive pink wine wears its 13 percent alcohol with real aplomb."

Mondeuse Chignin "Vieilles Vignes" 2012
"Drop the Google Maps guy in the middle of Chignin, a tiny, French Alpine village, and find yourself transported back in time: rolling vineyards, a town untouched by the modern world, and a breathtaking mountainous backdrop. At once you are reminded that wines come from specific places and are a result of painstaking efforts by hardworking farmers. Charles Gonnet is one such winemaker from this part of the Savoie, but not only has his wine traveled thousands of miles to be here, it's been a century in the making. This Mondeuse, a local variety grown nowhere else, comes from 100-year-old vines planted by his great grandfather.
It's bright, fresh, light bodied but intensely flavored, with layers of black pepper, cherry, and a hint of wildflower and forest floor. A great food wine, perfect with charcuterie and cheese after a long mountain hike"

La Ferme De Suzon "Red Clay"
Côtes Du Rhône
Deep red wine, well-balanced. It's a well-rounded wine, slightly tannic with a silky finish. Complex bouquet with hints of dark fruits and spices. This wine is full, unctuous and spicy, with an elegant finish.
Food pairing: Will work and play well at the dinner table with a wide variety of red meats, grilled or roasted and finely cured cheeses.
