Domaine Sornay is situated on the town of Villé-Morgon, at the feet of the Moulin-à-Vent hills. Cote de Py has become the most famous terroir of the Morgon Appellation because of its South facing exposure. Carbonic maceration, In oak barrels for one year. It has a full body and is very full in the mouth. Garnet red color. Strong ripe fruit aromas: cherry, peach, apricot, plum. Very well melted and fine tannins, mineral finish. Serve with rich meat dishes, game and cheeses.
