Region/Appellation: Aglianico del Vulture DOC, Basilicata, Italy
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby-garnet in color, pronounced aromas of blackberries and spices complement undertones of forest floor and hints of smoke. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and balanced with soft, round tannins.
Pairing: Pasta dishes with tomato sauce, pizza, gazpacho, and ash-ripened goat cheeses.
Montesole Falanghina Campania 2019

Region/Appellation: Falanghina del Sannio DOC, Campania, Italy
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense and fruity nose, hints of white exotic fruits, green pear, melon. Fresh and slightly aromatic taste, superb acidity as well as a balanced body.
Pairing: The perfect companion to Mediterranean dishes.

Region/Appellation: Puglia IGP, Italy
Tasting Notes: With a unique climate and geology and two of the noblest white varieties, not much more is needed to craft this easy-to-love Southern Italian. A wine with beautiful character, a good body, and truly refreshing nature.
Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with shellfish, or for a sunny day at the beach.
