WINES OF THE WEEK
**MARCH MAYHEM PREVIEW**
Pierre Qui Roule Rolling Stone Pinot Noir 2017
Pierre Qui Roule is a selection of wines that are named for the smooth rounded stones that are prevalent throughout the South of France vineyards. These "Rolling Stones" reflect the abundant sunshine of the South of France onto the vines, while their brothers below the surface improve the drainage, and add to the minerality and complexity of the wine. Grown on the cool hillsides with very aromatic black cherry and raspberry flavors.
Evolύció Blaufränkisch 2016
Aromas of sun-drenched raspberry jam, which finishes with a smooth funk that smells like blackberry bushes lining native yeast. Tangy, funky and tart, this wine tastes like the first cool day of fall after a relentless summer.
Inazio Urruzola Txakolina 2018
A gritty nose is low on fruit, but that's Txakoli. In the mouth, this is tangy and citric, with lemon and tangerine flavors. Sharp natural acidity keeps this pumping across the finish, which remains tart until the end.
