Caneva da Nani Valdobbiadene 2017
From the hilltop village of Guia in the Valdobbiadene of the Veneto, this Col Fundo Glera is very different from your average run-of-the-mill industrially produced prosecco. The fruit on the palate is a subtle green apple, delicate ripe honeydew melon, and some soft not-sweet peach. The finish just slowly fades away leaving just a hint of the dry yeastiness.
