Azienda Agricola Cingilia di Di Donato Fabio Colline Pescaresi Pecorino 2020
This offering has a deep nose of ripe fruit and honeysuckle with hints of marzipan and sweet almonds. Lots of mineral flavor on the palate with pears and some tangerine. It's quite full and rich but there's enough acidity to keep everything in balance. We recommend pairing this wonderful wine with fried calamari, spring rolls, and (of course) pecorino cheese!
