Hazy with an effervescent fizz, this Pet Nat exhibits the classical melange of lychee and floral, expected from Gewürztraminer. The skin fermentation creates an extra layer of complexity with notes of honey-infused peaches and steeped summer tea. The mouthfeel is full of life with a slight heady beer-like finish. Incredible with sharp cheddars, pears, and balsamic reduction!
