Lyman's Specialties is based in West Dover, Vermont, and produces farm-fresh pickles, relishes, jams, and jellies using tried and true recipes in the traditions of their grandmothers. Lyman's Country Style Dilly Beans are an annual favorite among our staff! These green beans are mixed with garlic in a delicious dill brine! They have that “fresh from the garden taste” and “crunch”.
