Made with sustainably farmed Zinfandel with small amounts of Petite Sirah, Carignane, Mataro, and Alicante Bouschet. 35% of the zinfandel comes from old vines over 100 years old. The wine has a pale garnet red color with notes of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and plum with hints of earth, chocolate, and spice.
The Trignon estate is nestled at the foot of the limestone cliffs of the Dentelles de Montmirail. This white Rhône wine has whiffs of toast, vanilla, peach, and mango. A dry and full-bodied palate with fresh fruit and floral notes.
The Cab is harvested at the foot of Mount Cañeten from one of the largest vineyards in Colchagua. A couple of frost episodes in the spring thinned the fruit but allowed good concentration. Vinified with the traditional Bordeaux method in stainless steel tanks. Contains notes of plum, black cherry, and herbs. Smooth and round on the palate with soft tannins.
