The Loup d’Or is the “golden wolf” is named for a mythical creature that haunts the edges of the La Garagista vineyard in Vergennes, where this Brianna is biodynamically raised. Native yeast fermentation is followed by a year of rest on fine lees, giving this aromatic white wine layers of texture and complexity. One might say it’s like the love child of a Grenache Blanc and a Muscadet.
