Consider Bardwell Farm is a pasture-based dairy and creamery in southwest Vermont, making delicious, award-winning raw cow and goat milk cheese.   
Pawlet is a cheese unlike any other. Mild, sweet, and grassy. Wildly expressive of the season's milk while staying true to who it is. Cheesemakers handcraft each wheel from raw Jersey milk delivered each morning to the historic barn-turned-cheese house located on America's first dairy cooperative begun by Consider Stebbins Bardwell in 1864.
