Made in Vermont by the award-winning Plymouth Artisan Cheese Company, this soft-ripened brie cheese is a must-try! The Plymouth Ballyhoo Brie is an ACS award-winning Brie - yep, this square-shaped beauty is officially one of the best bries in the country. It received a silver medal at the 2018 ACS competition in Pittsburgh, PA, to prove it!
Made with pasteurized cow's milk, the square-shaped nugget is deeply redolent of mushrooms and earthy sous-Bois. Its creamy, springy paste is an explosion of butter and roasted hazelnuts, with a brothy umami finish. Still, the cheese manages to retain its milky qualities and melts away quickly on the tongue.
