BEERS OF THE WEEK
This week we have a seasonal rosé cider favorite and an interesting wine barrel-aged Berliner Weisse. Both are great summertime sippers that offer an interesting flavor profile. Cheers!
Connecticut Valley Brewing Company The Sound of Wings
This Berliner Weisse is refermented with Chardonnay juice and aged for two months in French oak Chardonnay barrels. A delightfully tart beauty, this brew is crisp yet effervescent, with notes of white grape and pops of lemon. The finish is moderately dry with a delicate kiss of oak.
$14.99 4-16oz Cans
Stowe Cider Rosé
This dry cider is created with homegrown rhubarb, Vermont Marquette grapes, and blood orange. Rosé pours copper and rose gold hue and pairs wonderfully with a double crème brie.
