Try Something New is our theme this month. The beers featured this week are from a brewer that uses ingredients that are foraged from Vermont and are not featured in most beers. Wunderkammer Bier is the side project of Hill Farmstead Head Brewer and Production Manager, Vasilios Gletsos.

Single hop pale ale fermented with mixed culture and dry hopped.

Ale brewed with Goldenrod. Fermented with mixed culture and aged in oak.
