This week's beers feature two styles that might not be familiar to every beer drinker. The first is a Kvass which is a sour beer brewed using bread. The other is a saison (highly carbonated, fruity, and tasty beer) made with all Vermont ingredients.
Burlington Beer Cyboogie
Kvass style Kettle Sour brewed with Seeded Rye Bread, Sourdough Bread, Yuzu, and Poppy Seeds. Half of this batch fermented in Red Wine Barrels and half fermented in stainless steel tanks with Yuzu Juice.

Farnham Vermont Farmhouse Ale
A farmhouse ale with exclusively Vermont ingredients. The Peterson malts, Vermont-grown hops, and farmhouse yeast combine to form a dry, refreshing flavor with hints of fruit and spice.
