Fairy Tale Farm lives up to its name: storybook-pretty, but with thorny thickets, secret caves, and dark woods. For 150 years, people raised sheep here, and the sheep love the ledges and rocky terrain. Modern farm machinery, not so much.

Nuberu is a semi-hard cheese made from the milk of the sheep that live on Fairy Tale Farm. This cheese will be reminiscent to Manchego with it's hard & earthy rind. However, the paste is creamy in texture while being buttery with notes of wheat in flavor.
