Boston Post Dairy, named after the Old Boston Post Stagecoach road that runs through the farm property, is a family-run farm located in Enosburg Falls, Vermont. The farm is owned and operated by Robert and Gisele Gervais and their four daughters who bought Boston Post Dairy in 2007. Their farm is home to 180 dairy goats and 95 dairy cows. They make a variety of hard and soft Award-winning Goat and Cow milk cheeses all made with pasteurized milk.
This brie makes for a very easy appetizer. Bake it whole or cut it into pieces and baked in phyllo cups or on baguette slices. It has a very mild and creamy taste which makes it perfect for pairing with sweet and savory toppings.
