Jumi Smoked Raclette
Made from the rich and floral raw milk of cows grazing in the Alps, this is the original ’Swiss’ cheese. The balanced sweetness and sharpness of the sturdy, elastic paste gently collide into a long nutty finish. Once set and molded into the square shape, the raclette is aged for two to three months before being exposed to cold smoke from locally sourced woods. Perfect for eating as a table cheese and also as one of the incredible cheeses to use for fondue.
