Jumi Inc. Apres Soleil
Jumi began ten years ago with Mike and Jürg at a street market in the Swiss capital of Bern. This small scale operation includes the contribution of only 60 families. At such a small scale, the farmers are able to take a hands-on approach to the health and well being of each of their animals. The cows are pastured in the warmer months and are never fed fermented feeds. Jumi cheese is available throughout Europe, the UK, Japan, Singapore, and for the first time, the United States! Apres Soleil is a rich Alpine cheese that uses the sun to help in its maturation, rounding out the fruity nutty notes of the milk.
