Established in 2000, Blue Ledge Farms is a first-generation, family-owned and run goat dairy and cheese-making operation. Their mission is to create high-quality products built on the cornerstone of respect for consumers, land, and animals as well as their local community.
Perhaps the signature cheese of Blue Ledge Farm, this dramatic ash-veined goat cheese is aged for three weeks and is named after the stones found along our Lake Champlain. This cheese pairs incredibly well with a light and crisp Rosé!
