THE BIG CHEESE
OUR CHEESE SPECIAL OF THE WEEK!
Port SalutPort Salut is a smooth, delectable cheese made in the province of Brittany on the west coast of France. Originally made by Trappist monks, and strictly for consumption at the monastery, Port Salut is easily recognizable by its distinctive orange color. This cheese has universal appeal with its velvety texture and light acidic taste. The paste is elastic, cream-colored, soft, and supple with a very faint aroma. Port Salut is a perfect partner for fruit and enhances any cheeseboard. Pairs beautifully with Chinon and Bourgueil wines!
