Mt. Alice is von Trapp's take on Camembert with an incredibly soft, creamy texture and a savory milky, buttery flavor. The cheese, which is produced using von Trapp’s organic pasteurized cow’s milk, is named after a peak to the southeast of the farm and is aged for three to five weeks.
