Woodcock Farm Cheese Company, Summer Snow
A light buttery sheep's' milk cheese made in the Camembert style. The name refers to the cheese's fluffy white rind, reminiscent of the snow kissed peaks surrounding Weston Vermont, home of Woodcock Farm. Summer Snow is creamy and lemony with a fudge like center giving way to a luscious cream line. This cheese does not stick around for long but is a welcome sign of warmer weather to come!
