Don Juan Murcia al Vino
Popularly known as 'Drunken Goat', Murcia al Vino is basically Murcia goat cheese which has been soaked and cured in a double-fermented red wine, most often of the local Monastrell grape blend. Murcia al Vino has a sharp aroma, unsalty, fruity flavor, and a pleasant aftertaste reminiscent of goat milk and cream. Pair with a bold red wine and marinated olives!
