Coombe Castle Blueberry Wensleydale

Piave is a delicious raw cow’s milk cheese from the Veneto Region of Italy. Aged more than 12 months, this piave has a rich, full flavor with grassy undertones and a kick of sharpness. Excellent as a table cheese or grating cheese or shaved onto arugula salad.
Made from pasteurized cow’s milk, this semi-soft and supple straw-colored cheese has a thin brown rind and dense, smooth texture.
