Snowdonia Green Thunder
Green Thunder combines the savory depth of mature Cheddar with the perfect balance of garlic and herbs. Fresh, smooth, and creamy, it’s a delightful addition to any cheeseboard and pairs excellently with dry sparkling wines or a light Pinot Noir.
Blue Shropshire is a semi-firm blue cheese described as a cross between Stilton and Cheshire. Full-flavored and unpressed, this bright orange cheese has a surprisingly smooth texture. A golden, russet rind forms after each cheese is made, creating a sharp, tangy cheese that stands out among fellow blues. A peppery Pinot Noir balances out the robust flavor of this cheese lingering on the palate.
Reggianito means little Reggiano because the wheel has been reduced to 15 lbs. from the enormous 80 lb. drum of Parmigiano Reggiano. Reggianito is cured longer than any other South American hard cheese, resulting in a rich, bountiful flavor. This cheese is slightly saltier than its namesake, and the white crystals from the aging process give the cheese a lovely grainy texture. Reggianito is perfect for cooking or grating over pasta!
