Coombe Castle Mango Ginger Wensleydale
Mild crumbly Wensleydale is combined with soft fruity pieces of mango and sweet ginger to create this mouth-watering sweet blend with a tropical hint. While this creamy-crumbly white cheese is English through and through, ginger has its origins in China. When blended with Wensleydale, ginger adds a sweet aroma and a hot, pleasantly pungent taste that invigorates the senses.
Manchego Curado is a nicely matured, yet not too strong offering with distinctive buttery notes coupled with a full and fruity flavor. It is a cheese of dimension, with an apparent acidity giving a dry tone to the cheese whilst also releasing a nutty, caramel taste.
