With very little modern farm machinery they are able to create fun whimsical takes on the art of making cheese. Cluricaun is just one example of the wonderful product coming from this small farm. Named after the slightly inebriated cousin of the leprechaun, this raw goat milk basket cheese is aged 3-4 months and the rind is washed with Stonecutter Spirits gin. The paste of the cheese is delicate and creamy with a subtle floral note from the gin.
