Stony Pond Farm cheese is made in small batches with milk from their herd cows. They began making cheese in the summer of 2019 with the debut of their Swallow Tail Tomme. Swallow Tail Tomme is an aged, raw-milk cheese made in small batches from the milk from Stony Pond's cows. The cheese is cave-aged for at least 60 days until it emerges with a delicious, fresh taste, ready for your cheeseboard.
